Chicago Metallic only uses coil-coating to bond high quality PTFE ("teflon") non-stick coatings to the metal. This state-of-the art process, used by most major appliance manufacturers, means the rolled metal is coated evenly at peak temperatures over 700º F. Each pan is then formed from a quality-assured coil-coated roll. Additionally Chicago Metallic produces commercial and specialty bakeware. The commercial one is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of commercial bakers and those who prefer traditional baking on uncoated pans. Specialty pans have been designed to fulfill specific needs.
