The Gaggia Platinum Vision uses a Rapid Steam boiler system, utilizing a stainless steel boiler so you can switch back and forth between brewing and steaming in mere moments, without lengthy cool down or heat up time in between. This system provides the power behind each shot of espresso, fine tuning and perfecting the temperature. As for the water pressure, the Gaggia Platinum Vision provides a maximum of 15 bars of pressure, more than what you'll need to pull each shot.

With the Gaggia Platinum Vision you can choose and program your beverage using the black and white touch screen; additionally you get your Milk Island, a separate frothing attachment, makes the entire frothing process hands off. Simply attach the milk island to your machine (it will fit any of the four Platinum models), pour in your cold milk, turn the steam knob to the Milk Island setting, and watch as your milk turns into a piping hot, thick and creamy mixture for your Cappuccino!

Warranties do not extend to accessories parts or normal ware parts such as gaskets, portafilter handles, portafilter baskets, pannarello wands, etc.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receiving. All claims must be issued within 5 business days.
Please note that most of the machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing, you might find residual coffee or water on/in new machines. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. All machines we sell are new machines.
Shipping and labor charges are non-inclusive of warranty. This warranty does not cover electrical components that fail due to power surges, power failures, improper water pressure, using hard or unfiltered water and operator use or neglect. Wear and tear items such as group gaskets, portafilter handles, portafilter baskets and shower screens are not covered.
This warranty will not cover damage due to neglect or improper maintenance or use. Shipping and labor charges are not covered by this warranty.
