About Warranty:
Warranties do not extend to accessories parts or normal ware parts such as gaskets, portafilter handles, portafilter baskets, pannarello wands, etc.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receiving. All claims must be issued within 5 business days.
Please note that most of the machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing, you might find residual coffee or water on/in new machines. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. All machines we sell are new machines.
Shipping and labor charges are non-inclusive of warranty.
This warranty does not cover electrical components that fail due to power surges, power failures, improper water pressure, using hard or unfiltered water and operator use or neglect. Wear and tear items such as group gaskets, portafilter handles, portafilter baskets and shower screens are not covered.
This warranty will not cover damage due to neglect or improper maintenance or use. Shipping and labor charges are not covered by this warranty.

Features
- Stainless steel front panel and drip tray that allow for easy maintenance. The rest of the machine is made of durable and attractive silver powder-coated metal
- Horizontally mounted copper boiler and 1500-watt heating element, to maintain temperature stability without overheating. The horizontal mount helps to keep the heating element submerged when hot water is in use, helping to prolong the life of the unit. In addition, the boiler has a generous 2.3 liter capacity to accommodate regular, heavy use and allow for quick heat-up and recovery
- Pressure gauge, mounted on the front panel of the machine, allows you to keep an eye on the boiler pressure
- Unique electrically heated brew group, the Gaggia TS has a dedicated thermostat to monitor and maintain proper brewing temperatures for maximum flavor extraction
- Chrome-plated brass electrically heated brew group that is monitored and controlled by a dedicated thermostat to deliver optimal brewing conditions
- Steaming and brewing functions can be performed seamlessly and simultaneously
- Commercial-grade stainless steel steam wand, which can deliver rich micro-foam and froth for café-quality drinks.
- The TS comes with a set of four stainless steel 2.5-in legs with slip-resistant feet, a commercial feature, to elevate the machine. Raising the machine will allow you to easily clean spills and protect your counter surface from being damaged or stained
- Three-way solenoid valve empties directly into the drip dray for mess-free operations
- Knob-based controls for steaming and frothing functions
- Pressure relief and anti-suction valves. The pressure relief valve is a safety feature that releases boiler pressure, should it too high
- Commercial portafilter. Two 58mm portafilters come included with the Gaggia TS. Both, the single and double spouted portafilters, are chrome-plated brass for increased durability and heat stability. A stainless-steel backflush disc is also included with the machine
- Cup warmer. Made of stainless steel it is located on passive cup warmer located on the top of the machine
- Water reservoir. Internal water reservoir that can be easily removed for hassle-free refilling and maintenance. An electronic low-water sensor has been integrated into the design of the reservoir. The sensor monitors water levels and an indicator light on the front panel will alert you when the reservoir needs to be refilled
