The Peugeot patented mechanism developed in 1850 is still the one used in today's mills. A combination of specially angled channeling grooves and teeth creates a superior grind. The Peugeot mill has retained these assets and, 160 years after its creation, remains the benchmark in its field - often copied but never equalled.
