The Peugeot mill has retained these assets and, 160 years after its creation, remains the benchmark in its field - often copied but never equalled

  • Salt Mill. Adjustable "u Select" patented mechanism locks into 6 salt grind styles: from powder to coarse grind. The "u Select stainless bottom ring clicks as it turned, indicating the grinding set. At the same time, any point of the ring is operable.
  • Pepper Mill. Adjustable "u Select" patented mechanism locks into 6 pepper grind styles: from powder to coarse grind. The "u Select stainless bottom ring clicks as it turned, indicating the grinding set. At the same time, any point of the ring is operable
