A central layer made of aluminum and an outer surface of 18/0 stainless steel. This multi-layer sandwich material distributes heat evenly from the base directly to the side walls so that the food steadily receives heat from all sides in an energy efficient way that also guarantees vitamin and nutrient-protective cooking.
