We do ship all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) through International Priority Mail Service and First Class International Service.
Orders to Canada can be shipped via USPS or UPS
IMPORTANT
All of our electrics are 110 V / 120 V unless notated on the product description.
Warranty is voided outside of the United States.
Products ordered internationally can't be returned.
Defective merchandise can be repaired at customer's expense as warranty is voided outside of the United States.
Refunds are not granted for International orders
All returns for international orders require a RA# number to be able to authorize it; please request it to info@kitchen-universe.com
Shipping charges are not refundable under ANY circumstances. Customer is responsible for charges both ways; when you place an international order, you agree to these policies.
INFORMATION FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Kitchen Universe offers two carrier choices for shipping goods to Canada. Goods can be shipped via UPS (Standard Service), FEDEX International (both are defined as couriers) or via US Postal Service. Customers are able to make the choice of carrier before completing the order in our website. Rates will be displayed before completing the order. The shipping rate displayed in the website includes transportation only. Please be advised that if goods are subject to duties according to the Canadian Law, UPS or FEDEX carrier will collect duties and brokerage fees before delivering the goods to the person or entity where order is being shipped to.
Kitchen Universe is not responsible for duties or brokerage fees. If you want to avoid brokerage fees, you should consider the option of shipping via USPS

Any item purchased from
Kitchen-Universe.com can be returned in a new and
unused condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Important Note: We will deduct shipping charges from our
warehouse to your location. It will range depending on the items you have
ordered.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping charges to return the order are at your expense.
Please use any kind of carrier
with a tracking service tool. Insure the item for the amount
of purchase. Pack the item
the same way you received it, with our proper packing
material and double boxed. Don’t return the item in its retail box; please
double box it.

Damage Item
In the unlikely event that your item was damage on transit,
it must be reported within 5 days after you have received it. We will send you
a pre-paid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense.
