We do ship all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) through International Priority Mail Service and First Class International Service.
Orders to Canada can be shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX
All of our electrics are 110 V / 120 V unless notated on the product description.
Warranty service is performed only in the United States, meaning the product will need to be returned to the US; we can assist you on having this done; customer is responsible for shipping charges.
All returns for international orders require a RA# number to be able to authorize it; please request it to email@example.com
Shipping charges are not refundable under ANY circumstances. Customer is responsible for charges both ways; when you place an international order, you agree to these policies.

Kitchen Universe offers two carrier choices for shipping goods to Canada. Goods can be shipped via UPS (Standard Service), FEDEX International (both are defined as couriers) or via US Postal Service. Customers are able to make the choice of carrier before completing the order in our website. Rates will be displayed before completing the order. The shipping rate displayed in the website includes transportation only. Please be advised that if goods are subject to duties according to the Canadian Law, UPS or FEDEX carrier will collect duties and brokerage fees before delivering the goods to the person or entity where order is being shipped to.
Kitchen Universe is not responsible for duties or brokerage fees. If you want to avoid brokerage fees, you should consider the option of shipping via USPS
