Which carriers do you use when shipping internationally?
  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) through International Priority Mail Service and First Class International Service. Orders to Canada can be shipped via USPS or UPS IMPORTANT

All of our electrics are 110 V / 120 V unless notated on the product description. Warranty is voided outside of the United States

All returns for international orders require a RA# number to be able to authorize it; please request it to info@kitchen-universe.com

Shipping charges are not refundable under ANY circumstances. Customer is responsible for charges both ways; when you place an international order, you agree to these policies.

INFORMATION FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Kitchen Universe offers two carrier choices for shipping goods to Canada. Goods can be shipped via UPS (Standard Service) or via US Postal Service. Customers are able to make the choice of carrier before completing the order in our website. Rates will be displayed before completing the order. The shipping rate displayed in the website includes transportation only. Please be advised that if goods are subject to duties according to the Canadian Law, UPS carrier will collect duties and brokerage fees before delivering the goods to the person or entity where order is being shipped to. Kitchen Universe is not responsible for duties or brokerage fees. If you want to avoid brokerage fees, you should consider the option of shipping via USPS
What are my payment choices?
  Currently our payment options are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
