Any item purchased from Kitchen-Universe.com can be returned in a new and

unused condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Important Note: We will deduct shipping charges from our warehouse to your location. It will range depending on the items you have ordered.

Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping charges to return the order are at your expense. Please use any kind of carrier

with a tracking service tool. Insure the item for the amount of purchase. Pack the item

the same way you received it, with our proper packing material and double boxed. Don’t return the item in its retail box; please double box it.

Damage Item

In the unlikely event that your item was damage on transit, it must be reported within 5 days after you have received it. We will send you a pre-paid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense.
