Kitchen Universe was founded in 2003 and is based at 350 NE 24th St., Suite #300, Miami, FL 33137. Our online store is open 24/7, and our team answers chat and email Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm ET.

Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Items need their original packaging and barcode, and a return form is required. Used items (unless defective), appliances and Irinox products can't be returned, and shipping charges aren't refundable. See Shipping, Returns & Refunds for full details.

Email customerhelp@kitchen-universe.com within 5 business days of delivery and keep the box, packing material and labels. We'll work with you on the next steps.

If an item turns out to be defective within 30 days, send us photos and we'll arrange a replacement, covering shipping both ways. After 30 days, warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer, and we're happy to point you to the right contact.

Addresses can't be changed once an order is placed, so please double-check them at checkout. If you entered a PO Box, we may contact you for a physical address.

Both make French enameled cast iron that goes from stovetop to oven to table. Le Creuset has a light, sand-colored interior enamel that makes it easy to watch food brown, in a wide range of colors.
