INGREDIENTS

 

  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 3 kiwis
  • 40 g fresh baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Step 1
  • Peel the kiwis and cut them in quarters.
  • Step 2
  • Place milk and spinach in the blender's jug. Blend for 30 seconds on Speed 6.
  • Step 3
  • Add yoghurt, maple syrup, kiwi and frozen banana.
  • Step 4
  • Blend 30 seconds on Speed 6.
  • Step 5
  • Serve immediately.
